Still no help from @Twitch. 1st it was "they can only use info from the original ticket" now it's "you can email them with more info". 14 emails & 3 tickets later...they are still ignoring the info I send & refusing to tell me what they need.

I have now provided names, addresses, email addresses, old phone numbers - my movements from base to base for the last 6 years. If there is information they need why won't they just ask for it?
