@2manystripes @Rakkoon_Gang @TheRoguez 1 boca veg/chicken patties are cheap ~14g protein, can do two on a sandwich, soy curls are really cheap & versatile and come out to 10g protein per 100 cal, tofu scramble with veggies is 40g+, overnight oats w protein powder can get to around 30-40g, just a couple of examples
