I'm horrible about asking for help. I'll give and give and give, be in all sorts of pain and fatigue, and still have problems asking for help. But I'm asking for help. If folks can give just a little bit to help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Husband and I were watching "Bizarre Foods America" where @andrewzimmern visited the zoo, and we were curious about what animal is fed ground flamingo (listed on the label of a container)?
Thank you! ❤
@LsfarmLw@kalistacat That got rid of the JWs at our old place. They like to drop by here during the day while he's working, so he hasn't been around to use that tactic again.

Caught up on #NewAmsterdam (haven't watched it since the winter finale, so binged on the new episodes) and I always need a box of Kleenex!
When Iggy was talking in "therapy" with Martin about not being enough if he wasn't helping others, I started sobbing.

(And I can also relate to Iggy's emotional eating. In addition to my box of Kleenex, I've got a box of girl scout cookies next to me.)
The show can be hard to watch, but there's also a catharsis in recognizing harmful thought processes and working through it.
@JeffCoSheriff You all quickly became a household favorite here with your professionalism and honesty, and we would love to see you continue on LivePD.

I've discovered something about not being able to work due to #chronicillness.
I still push myself to do way too much.
With the holiday season upon us, I participate in an annual wreath workshop that's put on by the county Master Gardener program. (It's really awesome.)
@Katamac1967@JosephFalzone3@headdock I'm glad I'm not the only one! I've had docs look at me like I'm crazy when I've mentioned the "constipation" side effect makes me more normal. Seriously, of all my meds, the opiate is the med that I deal with the least side effects and a huge benefit.
