Questions to ask Brad Stevens on Monday:

1. Can you acknowledge that the Giannis situation messed up your leverage in subsequent Jaylen Brown trade talks and drove down his price considerably? Knowing what you know now, would you have avoided the Giannis sweepstakes altogether if you could go back?

2. Did you decide before the Giannis talks that keeping Brown into 2026-27 was completely off the table, even if the Giannis trade were to fall through? In other words, was trading Brown decided upon as a necessity this offseason? When did you make that decision, and why?

3. Was there a specific, self-imposed deadline to trade Brown, and if not, why did you trade him on July 1? If you did set a deadline as an organization ... why did you do this?

4. Was trading Brown strictly a financial decision? If not, what were the top 3 basketball reasons for trading him?

5. Did Jaylen's Twitch streaming and/or any off-the-court stuff influence this decision in any way? In essence, were there reasons beyond basketball or financials?

6. Why wasn't keeping Jaylen Brown on the table?
