@CourtOfThought I think the sprained ankle in G1 is/was maybe effecting him more than he let on. Plus, he’s always struggled to be in shape early season from what Ive heard.
Asked Jayson Tatum if he feels as good right now as he’s felt physically:
“Hell no. I wish — I’m getting there, but no, I mean how I felt before I got hurt — I felt really, really good.”
“I don't feel too far, and again, I've still only played less than 40 games since I've been back, so still in the “rehab phase” of return to play. I still got a little ways to go to get back to being the best I ever felt. We're gonna get there though.”
These stars need to realize going into free agency is way easier than forcing the team you’re going to to give up everything they got. That’s why Bron and KD did it so successfully, they didn’t go to depleted teams
@TJames312 Unfortunately it’s a juicy story that will get a lot of clicks so you’ll probably have to hear about it until yall get rolling or he re-signs lol. Good luck
@TJames312 Right lmao. No real contenders have cap space now and idk who is giving up a haul in the middle of the season for him. Also why would *Pat Riley* trade for him without a guarantee of re-signing. None of it makes sense lol.
