Very few things disappoint me more than when @GreggsOfficial put bacon on my baguette rather than sausage that I asked for and I don’t notice till I’ve sat down at work to eat it. Very poor start to the day. ☹️

@GreggsOfficial please explain why I’ve opted for click and collect on my lunch break, & 5 mins after my collection time they’re telling me they have to make a sandwich& they don’t know how long it’ll be? I’ve been waiting 20 mins on a busy half term day I could’ve qued?

@GreggsOfficial so I’m in the Chippenham Hathaway Retail Park store this morning and YET AGAIN the toilet is broken and half the chairs and tables are removed (unsure why). It can’t be difficult to get a plumber to fix it - many come into the shop. Really disappointed
