🚨BREAKING🚨
Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger has signed the ban on commonly-owned firearms and standard capacity magazines.
Gun Owners of America will be filing its lawsuit to challenge this ban tomorrow.
🚨UPDATE🚨
The House Oversight committee will be holding a Federal Law Enforcement subcommittee hearing on the ATF and the Tiahrt Amendment, a provision that is supposed to protect gun owners' private information from public disclosure.
🚨BREAKING🚨
Trump's Department of Justice has decided to ADOPT Biden's anti-gun rule that heavily restricts homemade firearms.
This is in stark contrast to the White House, which just called this Biden rule an "attack" on gun owners that "undermine[s] the Second Amendment."
Closing the FISA loophole prevents future abuses by anti-gun admins that would deny gun owners their constitutional rights for gun control enforcement.
We know the Biden admin illegally spied on Americans who opposed firearm restrictions and labeled them “domestic extremists.”
Red states could get burned by their own bad gun laws.
If the NFA is amended or abolished, states with unnecessary and unconstitutional state-level NFA restrictions could find themselves in serious legal trouble.
Georgia is one of them. SB 499 would expand protections for suppressor owners. It has cleared the Senate and committee, but is now stalled on the House floor.
We can’t just fight gun control in blue states. We have to expand and strengthen gun rights in red ones too.
That’s why you need to click the link below and email Georgia legislators to pass it immediately before session ends.⤵️
🚨BREAKING🚨
The House just passed @RobWittman's GOA-backed bill to repeal Biden's ban on using lead ammo to hunt on certain public lands by a vote of 215-202.
Gun owners should not be priced out of enjoying our public lands.
Senate must act and send to President Trump's desk!
No one should have to beg the government to exercise a constitutionally protected right anywhere in the country.
Thank you @Rep_Davidson for cosponsoring HR 645, the National Constitutional Carry Act.
Glock is being sued over illegal modifications to its firearms that it does not sell or produce. Smith & Wesson was sued because cartels in a completely different country used their products for criminal activity.
This is intentional. It is deliberate. It has nothing to do with “justice” and everything to do with targeting the Second Amendment.
Philly, I'm gonna need you to explain to me like I'm 5, specifically what marketing tactics they used.
They are just trying to bankrupt Glock at this point. Waste of tax payer dollars. https://t.co/cb7yIdJu4G
Senator Mike Lee Introduces NAGR-Backed Real Constitutional Carry Legislation
WASHINGTON — The National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR) applauds Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, for introducing the Real Constitutional Carry for All Americans Act, legislation to secure nationwide permitless carry and end the patchwork of state-by-state restrictions that criminalize peaceable Americans for exercising a constitutional right. After the bill was introduced in the U.S. House by Rep. Thomas Massie last year, Lee has now introduced the Senate companion to advance these protections at the federal level.
“Sen. Mike Lee’s Real Constitutional Carry bill is the only legislation that will restore the right of all law-abiding Americans to carry a firearm in every state without having to beg for government permission,” said Dudley Brown, President of the National Association for Gun Rights. “Twenty-nine states already recognize constitutional carry, but this should be the law of the land, regardless of the state you reside in. The Second Amendment is not a second-class right. NAGR applauds Senator Lee for introducing this bill and urges swift passage.”
NAGR has been a driving force in nearly all 29 fights to pass constitutional carry laws and is continuing efforts to expand permitless carry to all 50 states. Constitutional carry laws generally allow eligible adults who may legally possess a firearm to carry it without obtaining a concealed carry permit, open or concealed.
“The Founders established a national right to keep and bear arms, not to ask for permission from hostile officials or risk imprisonment for crossing the wrong state line,” Lee said. “Many states already protect the right to carry without a permit, and it’s time to reaffirm this right for all peaceable Americans. The National Constitutional Carry Act will establish nationwide permitless carry to keep America safe and her people free.”
The House companion bill, H.R. 645, is pending in the House Judiciary Committee, awaiting a markup. Sen. Mike Lee is working to move the Senate version through the Senate and bring it to the floor for a vote. NAGR is urging members to contact their representatives and senators and support both bills.

The National Association for Gun Rights is a 501(c)(4) organization headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, dedicated to defending the Second Amendment and fighting for the rights of peaceable Americans to keep and bear arms. Since its founding in 2001, NAGR has worked to hold anti-gun politicians accountable and promote maximum individual liberty by mobilizing more than 4.5 million members and grassroots activists nationwide.

SBR registration makes no sense.
You can legally own a pistol with no registration, and you can legally own a rifle with no registration, but anything in between requires registration? Who came up with this?
The "Hughes Amendment" or post-86 machinegun ban actually exempts transfers "by.. a State."
So theoretically any state can create an agency to sell machineguns to law-abiding citizens.
Bonus: government transfers are exempt from the NFA's $200 tax.
🚨BREAKING🚨
Legislators in West Virginia just introduced a GOA-drafted bill to sell transferrable, post-86 ban machineguns to law-abiding citizens.
Transfers under SB 1071 would be legal under federal law—including the National Firearms Act of 1934 & the Hughes Amendment.
🚨 Minnesota Gun Rights Alert 🚨
The DFL are coming for your guns again.
HF 3433 and HF 3402 would ban all semi automatic firearms.
The only “grandfathering” allowed would require you to register your firearm, allow law enforcement to search your home, and keep it permanently stored.
This is one of the most extreme gun bans we have seen.
We need you to act now.
Click the link in the replies and send a direct message to Minnesota legislators. Tell them clearly and firmly: NO GUN BANS.
NEW MEXICO GUN BAN IS DEAD!
SB17, Gov. Grisham's newest attempt to ban large amounts of commonly owned firearms, died a lonely death in committee.
All of you did this. You rained hellfire down upon the Dems for days straight, and they cracked under the pressure.
VICTORY!
