@JustinMacmahan It's the few upsets part that's unlikely.
Could easily knock off a big team, especially in the group stages. Spain lost to Switzerland in 2010 before winning it, Argentina to Saudi Arabia in 2022 before winning it.
To do it 3 or 4 times in the knockouts is highly unlikely.
It will change of course. But the 'As it stands' draw for the knockouts has all the high ranking teams on one side of the draw (Germany, France, Spain, Argentina, Portugal, Brazil and England).
Netherlands would be on the opposite side of the draw #GERCIV
@ManagerTactical Fifa made it pretty clear at the start of the tournament. It's a attempt to get rid of offensive comments to players during games.
Almiron may not have said anything bad - but it's a risk you run now and it will be an example for every player going forward now.
Now that I've seen the new law of a player being sent off for saying something with his mouth covered to the opposition.
I am 100% here for it. Players will no longer be able to hide offensive comments - Almiron has just become example for all players in the future.
@vermilionpixie I keep watching the amount of views on this tweet increase by the minute. This app is just the devil for making it appear in everyone's suggestions almost immediately after his hat-trick😂
@Ellis_ Makes it even more difficult club allegiances wise because he scored in 2 Champions League Finals to beat United as well.
But it was long ago settled this whole debate. He's the greatest and its no comparison.
@StretfordPaddck He wasn't in the game tonight for the first half.
Still scored twice and probably should of had a penalty too. If he was available, he should be bought every single time.
@utdHarryy Unfortunately everything is a saga for us now. The previous lot in charge of us were paying £81 Million for Antony - so naturally every club thinks they can overcharge us and therefore negotiations take longer.
Slow? Sure. But better than launching £65+ Million on Hojlund again.
@FrankEra_ Won't lie the reaction from his and his family proved Tuchel right regardless of the results.
I don't care if he's a United player - the reaction was ridiculous. He's left key players out because he lives and dies by winning the World Cup.
Only Maguire reacted in outcry.
