@wmata Please allow extra time? Based on my experience this month, I'm already allowing 1.5 to 2 hours *each way* for what used to be a 40-minute trip. How much more time should I allow? Maybe just sleep here under my desk?

@wmataGM Not good enough. Took me 1.5 hours to get to work (Grosvenor to Judiciary) and 2 hours to get home. You need more frequent buses, more frequent trains, and express buses serving Grosvenor not just N. Bethesda

@Metrorailinfo Today has been a real fiasco. Took me 1.5 hours to get from Grosvenor to Judiciary today and I am absolutely dreading the trip home. Your plan for this shutdown is not working and people are not patient. The least you could do is make the Red Line free until the work is done

@wmata Those yellow Yankee Transit buses with aisle-facing seats are the worst! It is not safe having people crammed in standing in the aisles. The other buses with regular seats are so much better and safer
