#new Outage Erupts Over City Approved Islamic Only Community To Be Ruled By Sharia Law

#new Outrage is erupting in Little Rock, Arkansas, over a city-approved Islamic residential project that requires buyers to sign a private "Islamic Bill of Assurance" where the community would be ruled by Sharia Law.

It will have two mosques, an Islamic school, clinic, and related facilities under ongoing control by the linked mosque organization.

City planning records show the Little Rock Planning Commission approved the "New Africa" Development by the Islamic Center for Human Excellence (ICHE) on a 10-0 vote in December 2020

Here are the details:

🔷️22 single-family homes planned, with multiple homes already built and sold.

🔷️Additional lots approved

🔷️Two prayer halls totaling nearly 10,000 square feet.

️🔷One 2,953-square-foot mosque on Lot 7 and

🔷 One 6,750-square-foot mosque on Lot 23

🔷️A 4,500-square-foot Islamic educational building and school

🔷️Health clinic, community garden, playground, and parking spaces.

🔷️Perpetual oversight by ICHE or the New Africa Homeowners Association.

The binding “Islamic Bill of Assurance” that every buyer and seller must sign states in part:

“Buyers and sellers are aware that this development … is for the purpose of creating a wholly-owned residential All-Islamic community conforming to the social guidelines given in the Quran … and all parties agree to this purpose.”

It includes enforceable rules on architecture, maintenance, and Quranic moral codes (Sharia) such as restrictions on alcohol, with the mosque-linked HOA holding permanent control.

The average voter turnout in a presidential election between 2000 to 2016 was around 53% to 54%.

The mainstream media alleged the 2020 voter turnout was about 60%... When in reality, the 2020 voter turnout was actually around 95%, which is a catastrophic indicator of a FRAUDULENT ELECTION.

The reason the mainstream media is wrong is because they took the number of votes divided by the over 18 population, which does NOT equal voter turnout.

Voter turnout is the number of votes divided by the number of registered voters. This is because "population over 18" includes people who are eligible to vote, but are not registered, it includes non-citizens who legally can't vote, it includes felons who can't vote, it includes mentally incapacitated people who can't vote, etc.

So, the over 18 population is greater than the number of registered voters. If you take the number of votes reported in 2020 and divide by the over 18 population, 60% is higher than 53% to 54% average, but plausible.

If you take the reported number of votes divided by the actual number of registered voters, you get around a reported 95%, which clearly shows that 2020 was a fraudulent election.

BREAKING 🚨

A federal three-judge court dismissed a lawsuit challenging the 2020 Census and seeking a nationwide recount.

Because the decision came from a three-judge federal district court, the plaintiffs have a direct appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The court ruled the Republican-backed plaintiffs lacked standing, waited too long to file, and sought relief that was no longer practical.

The lawsuit argued Florida lost a U.S. House seat and an Electoral College vote because of the Census Bureau's statistical methods during the 2020 count.

The court rejected those claims, concluding the plaintiffs had not shown the challenged methodology caused the alleged injury and thus a nationwide recount years after the census would be impracticable.

Nevertheless, census errors distorted House apportionment: Florida missed out on 2 seats, Texas missed out 1, while Colorado gained 1 it shouldn’t have, and Minnesota & Rhode Island each kept a seat they should have lost.

Red states got fewer seats and Dem-leaning states gained more seats than an accurate census count warranted.

House Oversight Chair Comer called it biased against Republicans, costing the GOP 4 to 5 seats.

The justices will be required to consider the appeal, either through summary disposition or full briefing and oral argument.

If a SCOTUS ruling were to lead to re-apportionment ahead of 2030, it would be yet another political earthquake benefiting the GOP.

23 year old Sudanese migrant Abubaker Mohamad Awad, stabbed 19 year old Tommie Lindhn to death in his own apartment in Härnösand, Sweden after Lindhn tried to stop Awad from raping a Swedish girl at knife point.

After killing Tommie, Awad continued to rape the young girl next to Tommies dead body.

The Sudanese migrant had already previously been convicted of several crimes, including sexual harassment, drug offences & shoplifting.

Had he been deported, Tommie would still be alive.

SHE FILMED THE TRUTH INSIDE BRITISH CLASSROOMS

In 2005 science teacher Alex Dolan strapped on a hidden camera and walked into 4 schools in Leeds and London.

What she filmed was not shocking to anyone who has ever set foot in a British secondary school. Pupils fighting on desks. Kids swearing in teachers faces.

Staff shuffling the worst behaved pupils out of the building the moment Ofsted @Ofstednews turned up to inspect.

@Channel4 aired the footage as Undercover Teacher, part of the Dispatches @C4Dispatches strand.

Leeds City Council went to the High Court to try to block it. A judge refused the injunction and ruled the programme served the public interest.

Watching a school fake its way through an inspection turns out to be exactly the kind of thing the public has an interest in.

So naturally the system did what it does best. It went after the person who filmed the problem instead of the problem itself.

The General Teaching Council spent 4 years building a case against Dolan. In March 2009 it found her guilty of unacceptable professional conduct for breaching the trust of the pupils she filmed.

Not the staff accused of hiding disruptive kids from inspectors. Not the school that burned through 26 supply teachers in a single year. Her.

She was suspended from teaching for 12 months.

Channel 4's own deputy head of news at the time said publicly it was wrong to punish a whistleblower for this kind of work and that the messenger should not be shot.

Press Gazette @pressgazette called the ruling a sad day for journalism. That was generous.

Dolan left teaching and became a weather presenter for BBC Look East, which is either the most British redemption arc going or proof that forecasting rain is safer than forecasting institutional failure.

No school she filmed faced a tribunal. No member of staff accused of gaming an Ofsted inspection faced a tribunal. The teacher who exposed it did.
