We’re quite a new group, setting ourselves up in September this year with the main aim of raising awareness of prostate cancer, providing support & advice.

We’re now up to 30 walkers for this Sundays @ProstateCymru Big Walk starting from @AberRFC. Route goes anti-clockwise away from the rugby club.

Scenic and historic, great views along the way. More 6 miles than 5 but there is a shorter option on the day (2-3 miles).

1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer, 1 in 3 where there is a family history. Early detection can make a big difference. Local tests being done through @ProstateCymru at @AberRFC on the 8th June.

Alternatively arrange a test through your doctors.

Looking to do 2 options around Aber. A short couple of miles mainly along the Prom, and a longer 5 mile one that takes in the National Library of Wales, Parc Natur Penglais, Consti, the promenade, castke, harbour and back to the rugby club.
