@AsdaServiceTeam the majority of my order was not delivered yesterday as the driver said system was down. Went online to request refund and it has been declined. This is the second order in a row you have messed up and taken my money.

@AsdaServiceTeam Delivery last night wasn’t fulfilled. I’ve called cs x3, on the 1st call I was told the store would call me to redeliver (didn’t happen), 2nd call they’d rebooked my delivery for today (false info),3rd call I won’t receive money I need to reorder for 2-3 days.
