Agree. He has only been there 4 years and one of them he wasn't even an all star. Ewing 11x All star and was top 5 in MVP voting in 5 of those seasons. 11 straight playoff appearances. Knicks were never not a good team when Ewing was there. Even Carmelo was a better knick.

They were a terrible football team last year with major issues on both sides and just lost 3/4 of their very good secondary. Charlotte has the name but Raleigh has all the bread and the space to build a new park in a spectacular location. Charlotte is a cool city but it's like an isolated bubble in NC. A team in Raleigh would appeal to everyone unlike the Hornets and Panthers.
