You know what the UK is better at than Canada and America? Gluten-free food. I’m amazed at how much gluten-free stuff is available here, and it tastes SO GOOD.

@Whocares2600 A lot of people who have gluten sensitive can eat sour dough because it’s not over processed or has any preservatives. Which a lot of the preservatives are what causes the sensitivity. Mine is cause I have endometriosis & gluten can cause inflammation which makes it worse.
