Marlon Gerardo Sáenz Cruz, alias Chino Enoc, is detained by ICE in Louisiana. His immigration court hearing is set for September 8.
This is the moment for ICE and DHS to act. Do not allow this paramilitary and Sandinista agent to remain in our country.

His own recorded statements from April 2022 interview with La Prensa are not just relevant, they are a public confession and should be more than enough to order his immediate removal from our country:

1. He is not an opponent. He remains a Sandinista. He said: “Many have confused me with an opponent. I am not an opponent. I remain a Sandinista and I will not stop being one.” He came into the United States under a false political profile.

2. He admits participating in the 2018 “Operación Limpieza” to repress opponents. He said: “They did not use us, we were conscious.” “Commander [Ortega], give us the order and we will take them down.”
“Most carried shotguns. There were 40% young people together with the older ones.” He himself appears in a photo armed with a 16-gauge shotgun. This is not speculation. It is his own admission of involvement in violent repression.

3. He presents himself as an enemy of the United States. He stated: “Rosario [co-dictator Murillo] removes those of us who can actually confront the gringos.” He includes himself in that group. A man who openly describes himself as someone prepared to confront “the gringos” received protection in the very country he treats as the enemy.

4. He defends the dictator’s mind and, with it, his crimes. He said: “Daniel is not well physically, that limits him. Not mentally.” By declaring Ortega mentally sound, he justifies the repression, persecution, and brutality of the regime.

These are his words. Not accusations from others.
He is not a political opponent.
He participated in the 2018 repression.
He expresses hostility toward the United States.
He remains ideologically aligned with the Ortega-Murillo dictatorship.

This man should not remain in our country. He is a threat to our society and our national security. We demand that ICE and DHS remove him immediately.
