As you are American, let me give you some background about Starmer, before he became Prime Minister he was The Director of Public Prosecutions which means he ran our CPS which is the body that decides who is prosecuted under the law in the UK.
I am sure that you have heard of the Grooming Gang cover-up in the UK?
The police once raided a sex party where under age girls were being abused by a gang of "non-white" men.
The police let the men go but arrested one of the girls who was 15 at the time.
Starmer's team got a conviction against the child and she was sentenced to 2 years in prison.
