@BrewCrew442 @OrevaZSN Its a difficult problem with no perfect answer. You could have shorter but more focused lessons and use the spare time to get them to burn energy. You could revise the curriculum and remove anything bloated. Other then that we should encourage learning skills they enjoy.

@BrewCrew442 @OrevaZSN 5 hours a day is a long ass time when your full of energy and build to be using that energy. In my school gym class was only twice a week. Also they can be soft but they also face many problems we didnt e.g. cyber bullying, adults who thinks theres 1000 genders ect..
