1. To become a doctor, you must complete degrees like MBBS, MD/MS, and DM/MCh.
These require a minimum of 14–15 years of rigorous education and training.
2. Above the doctors are babus who may hold unrelated degrees, such as an MA in History, and often have little to no experience in healthcare yet they control the doctors.
3. Above the babus are politicians, who may be illiterate or completely unaware of healthcare issues, yet they lead the entire healthcare system.

Truly a world-class structure.
And of course, when everything collapses, who do people blame?
The doctors.
Not the unqualified babus.
Not the clueless politicians.
Just the overworked, underpaid doctors who actually studied medicine.

If you go to Delhi AIIMS, almost half of the crowd you will see is from Bihar. Many would be sleeping on streets for weeks to get treatment done in AIIMS.

Bihar has one AIIMS in patna but that also not able to help much and Darbhanga AIIMS starts its construction only when election comes near and then sleep.

What Bihar needed was a dynamic and experience person who can develop health services in the state so that poor people don't have to go to Delhi by hanging in a general compartment, but what Bihar got is an inexperienced and product of nepotism Nishant Kumar as health minister who probably didn't even want to come in politics some months back.
