Ever since my fiancée and my daughter were murdered in June of 2022, I've often asked myself what the point is to life. Trying to fill the void left by the irreplaceable soulmate that God gave you is damn near impossible. Everywhere you go you're trying to find someone who gets you the same way that the only person who ever really understood you... got you.

You try to find someone else willing to sit and listen and learn all about you but we live in a shallow world where people all too often can't be bothered to take the time to love anyone right. It's so frustrating. You feel like you still have so much to give the world. You're 26 years old, realistically you have lots of time to find a wife and have a family and the whole shebang. But no one wants to give you that opportunity.

Losing my mama in late July hit me in a way I didn't expect it to. Those casual hugs she'd stop in and give me whenever she drove past my house made up a very large portion of the intimacy that I received from literally anyone. And losing that has left me feeling empty, alone, hurt, worthless even at times. I pour my heart and soul into my work and my drug addiction rehabilitation program that I started to try and make a difference in an area I didn't feel was at the right standard at work.

It makes me wonder if anything is ever really going to improve... I have so much love to give.... and no one to give it to. And that is one of the most painful feelings I have ever experienced. People don't understand how much of myself I pour into people every single day for everyone to turn around and leave me hung out to dry as soon as they get what they want.

Idk. Just thinking out loud, I guess. Feel free to respond. And send up some prayers for me. I need them.

And remember you can never be sure of what someone else is going through. I've received a lot of jabs at my mother's passing. And I hope you never have to experience the amount of pain and hurt and anger that it causes me to feel because I wouldn't wish the way my life has gone on anyone... not even my worst enemy.
