Teaching biomathematics and evolutionary biology. My research interests are the evolution of phenotypic variation in populations and adaptation to environment.

New ms ! 👉Evolution of enzyme concentrations in metabolic networks
(https://t.co/fvAnLOe7pk) : Charlotte Coton et al. revisited the concept of natural selection of selective neutrality and
showed how cellular constraints account for evolutionary contingency.
👏👏👏
The european project #PulsesINCREASE just started! Studying legumes genetic resources, intelligent collections, participative sciences. Nice project for diversifying protein sources in human food!
Great session ongoing on communities in food environments #eseb2019. Loved the talk from @DelphineSicard. Saccaromyces cerevisiae are not the only fungi that make bread!
@GonzalezLab_BCN. Nice talk #ESEB2019 from Carlos Ruiz on how to detect chromosomal regions that differ for their recombination pattern, associated with a trait variation.
Great talk yesterday from @CloJosselin. Evidence from outbreeding depression attributed to segregation of co-adapted genes in medicago ssp!!! #eseb2019
#eseb2019. Great session on evolution outreach projects. This kind os session should have a place in every scientific meeting! @EVOKE, @LCATMon, @EvolutionInAction
@MarksHilly : because cis and trans regulatory alleles do not have the same effect-size mutation distributions, they do not contribute with the same timing to selection response. Cool! #eseb2019
Great session on phenotypic evolution! @CarmeloFruciano shows that genetic architecture of skull morphology is preserved across several monkey species. Evidence for multitrait macro-evolution along the line of least resistance of the G matrix!
