A delegation from Germany asked His Holiness last week about any responses to letters he sent to world leaders in the past decade, where he urged them to adopt justice and policies conducive to world peace.

He replied: "A lot of countries did not answer, and those who did said they were reducing their nuclear arsenals, but later didn't follow through with it. These are disingenuous powers. I wrote to some of them again (to implore them towards peace and justice), but it had no effect. If they listen, then well and good, but if they don't heed this message, then a world war is inevitable that will cause horrific destruction."

His Holiness has long been calling for a curb on arms trade and the adoption of fair and just policies in global affairs. In 2012 and 2020, he sent letters to numerous world leaders. He urged them to recognise God and adopt moral principles to be saved from global calamities.

Tahir Mahmood, an Ahmadi Muslim, was arrested in Karachi simply for being an Ahmadi and offering Friday prayers. Today he died in custody—a victim of Pakistan’s cruel Anti-Ahmadiyya laws. This isn’t justice. This is religious apartheid.

🚨On the night of May 9, 2025, in Rhoda, Punjab, over 90 Ahmadi Muslim gravestones were desecrated. Extremists smashed Islamic inscriptions and erased identities. Even the dead were not spared.

This is a war on faith.

And it happened while Pakistan was itself at war.

🚨Dr. Sheikh Mahmood, an Ahmadi doctor, was murdered in Sargodha. At a hate rally, TLP’s Naeem Chatta mocked his death, saying the DC should be happy “a swine is reduced” from the district. Not rhetoric—this was unfiltered hate. A human life discarded, desecrated, and spat on.
