Hearty congratulations to @Cha5rlyA on passing the New York State Bar exams. This is a triumph that crowns your brilliance, discipline, and unyielding pursuit of excellence!
What an incredible achievement @Cha5rlyA. Graduating from the prestigious @Harvard_Law is no small feat, and you’ve done it with the grace, intelligence, and determination that define you.
Today is nostalgic for me as the @Harvard Class of 2025 graduates. It also marks 4 years since I graduated. But today is more spiced up with my long time friend @Cha5rlyA. In 1st Frame, Charlotte had just joined @KAAdvocates and on the same day I had received my graduation gown. So she had come to have her pics taken and I was like let’s take one together in this gown as you never know I can bless you with Harvard blessings. And 4 years later, Charlotte is graduating with an LLM from @Harvard_Law majoring in Taxation.
Am so happy for you dear and thank you for making us proud. So from doing things together as class mates, discussion mates, moot, and now Harvard wuwuwuw: may great years come for u and may the good Lord be favourable on you. CONGRATULATIONS my friend
@FERDINANDIUS@Harvard@KAAdvocates Thank you so much Ferdie, my friend indeed!!!🫶🏽 Thank you for being my biggest cheerleader for all the years I’ve known you and encouraging me to do this for years!! Boy am I glad that I walked up to you on the first day of Makerere law school and asked to be friends!😂
TAX OPINION: WAIVER OF EFRIS PENALTIES IS NOT THE SOLUTION. Following the meeting between the Kampala Business Community and the President of Uganda, an interim directive was issued to waive the payment of the EFRIS penalties. Our Tax practice team weighs in on this and discuss if this is the solution to the challenges.

What a Beauriful Day: today as I celebrate 4 years having been admitted to @Harvard_Law , great news coming in show that my great friend @Cha5rlyA has also been admitted to HLS for the 2025 LLM Class. I couldn’t be happier than this that one of my own gets to experience this. These are answered prayers and memories to cherish.
When I had just received my graduation gown at office, Charlotte had requested that we take a photo jokingly saying she could also get a blessing to join Harvard and as of today, the dream has come to pass.
Having known Charlotte for the last 10 years at @MakerereLaw, were in the same class, had the same discussion group, joined @makpilac together, were grouped together, argued our first moot together as Amicus Curiae before the Supreme Court, we were both voted the “Best Oralist” in the 3rd CLE Moot 2017, only joined different campuses at LDC but as destiny would have it, Charlotte joined me at @KAAdvocates at the end of 2021, we were both promoted together as senior associates and now, behold, she is admitted to @Harvard for her LLM like I did 4 years ago.
I can’t ask for more and I will forever cherish and celebrate the milestones we have registered together.
So let me order for some Scotch Whisky, in case u find me calling a dog “embwa” as “enga”, please understand me.
Congratulations Charlola.
@FERDINANDIUS@Harvard_Law Thank you so much Ferdinand. You are truly my friend indeed! Thank you for having inspired me and supported me for years and throughout this🙏🏾
