@ChaseSupport Just got the letter today. Supposedly something on my credit report spooked Chase, which is funny because I've been improving my score. I opened my @WellsFargo acct a couple of months ago when it was lower. They don't have a problem with me. I'll stick with the better bank then.

@ChaseSupport I opened an account online, providing all the info & even setting up direct deposit which would start on the next paycheck. Without any warning it was closed & even customer service couldn't tell me why, only I had to go into a branch to open another account.

@CSdaWolf It's also the timing. This pandemic has really screwed with hiring. Hell, you accomplished a lot by just getting a masters, but I get that is easier to say than to feel. So here's a virtual hug in the meantime. I'm here for you.

Or even called? I got nothing. You couldn't bother yourselves to do any one of those things. I found out after I unsuccessfully tried logging in to transfer funds into the acct & called customer service. I never had an acct with you, but after this, fuck you. I never will.

Why would I have to do that when I already had an account? Don't give me any BS about proving my identity. I put myself at risk providing everything online & an acct was successfully opened. If all I needed to do was prove my identity, why wasn't I sent an e-mail? Or a text?

@KayleeBWrites Reporting is the hardest decision for anyone to make. For what it's worth, you did what you thought you needed or had to at the time. You're here with us now & seem to be in a much better space. I call that a win.

@MLaurylLewis Criticism stings, but that minor, fleeting pain can inspire growth & improvement to those open to it. Those stupidly thinking reviews should always praise will never accomplish anything or improve. They should just crawl back into their little holes & leave others alone.

@FrostedSapphire Yep. The expectation you should be doing what "everyone" else is doing, like chasing some booty & crap like that is annoying. Not everyone is wired the same, so folks shouldn't get on someone because they're not doing what they think you should. Be happy doing your thing.
