@BarclaysUKHelp You're saying use online banking. I was in a queue to speak to an advisor to talk about why my account was in a minus for no reason.... That was at half 11. I was told the queue time was 59 minutes. Honestly losing the will to live. Compensate your customers.
@BarclaysUKHelp I've been with Barclays for 14 years, but not being able to access my own, hard working money to give my toddler fresh food and milk is a joke. Getting told to message family or go to the food bank is truly disgusting. Late fees on bills. What the fuck man.
