@virginmedia Hello, my mum had an engineer booked in between 12-4pm to reconnect her phone line. She specifically said she would not be in before 12 as she has booked half a day. Someone called to say the engineer would be here for 10 instead which my mum disputed. Is an engineer coming?

@virginmedia The link is corrupt and does not lead anywhere. My mum is not good with technology and relies on her landline. She has not consented to this and does not have any information on how to resolve this issue. She can not ring anyone to discuss it with. Is there a better number.
