@safier@DBashIdeas We are dealing with something similar from this firm Higbee & Assoc. Delivered certified mail. They actually sent us a copy of lawsuit. We engaged. They want $3,500 for using a picture of the Kosel on an Israel advocacy event flyer in Instagram. Can we really gamble and ignore?
@ferolhumphrey@DBashIdeas We're dealing with this from a firm, Higbee & Associates. We engaged. Tried to argue fair use. Offered $250. They want $2,500. Will they sue, if we don't pay up? Is this person you know available for us to speak to for advice?
@JHershPackman@DBashIdeas@AkivaMCohen We have a similar problem. Students used on an Israel advocacy flyer a picture of the Kosel. Belongs to Flash90. Higbee & Associates is threatening a lawsuit if we don't pay. How can we get in touch with Akiva?
@susqhb@DBashIdeas Our Chabad House just got hit with a lawsuit from Higbee for a picture of the Western Wall that our students used in a flyer for an event on Instagram. Any advice on how to make them go away? Or will we be forced to settle?

Sara and I grieve with Hadassah and the entire Leiberman family on the passing of our beloved Joe Leiberman.
Joe was an exemplary public servant, an American patriot and a matchless champion of the Jewish people and the Jewish state.
In my very first meeting with him decades ago, I was struck by his integrity, decency and civic courage. He had a deep moral sense and common sense and was fearless in the defense of truth.
He was also an extraordinarily kind and loyal personal friend.
We will miss you greatly Joe. May the Leiberman family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
My family’s American dream started in a Clarksburg, WV coal mine, so this picture hits home.
From what I’ve been told, after his shift, he raced to be with his son & watch our team. Don’t know who this is, but I have tickets for him & his family at Rupp to be treated as VIPs!!
