I have been a Diamond mamber for years with Hilton, and never before has someone at Hilton been this rude to me. @HiltonHotels do better. Plans change at a moments notice, I have always went out of my way to stay at a Hilton. It might be time to move to another brand.
@UPS - delivery attempt at 7:31 pm but we have a ring, so unless they have the cloak of invisibility why lie. No attempt was made. My daughter waited 7 hours. UPS you must do better.

@Lufthansa_DE I just boarded a flight in Frankfort and I am very disappointed. There was total confusion the staff was exceptionally rude. I normally have had great experiences. This was awful and @CarstonSpohr should be embarrassed if this is the new culture of Luftansa.
@EmiratesSupport I am on the flight from Athens to Dubai - Flight EK210 on 28-Oct-2022. I am very disappointing, away 19G does not decline and was known to be broken, never told. Also, my bag got stuck on a loose screw in the overhead and it took me 10 min to get loose

@LivingSpaces Worst Service ever. From Sales to delivery, nothing but a circus. 6k in furniture and no one has any idea where it is right now. Choose your delivery date then, the date is tomorrow and no furniture. Now we are doing a Dock search after waiting eight weeks.
