Internal milestones are important. But your customers all have a unique idea of what success looks like. If you want your company to be successful, consider what your CUSTOMERS consider to be successful and match those against your own goals. #CustomerSuccess#WiTronixWay
@SouthwestAir flight 311 out of Midway at 740 am, WOW... NPS = zero, what an example of poor planning and execution getting flight attendants to the ✈️. 2 back ups got on, missing 1, then the last 1 shows up, then the original crew showed up. And... Than everyone swapped out.
@success_hacker Education provides the foundation to which to operate from. Without your not building in the systems to lead to sustainability of those systems or processes. The second biggest thing is continued education with a closed loop we're feedback is key.
So excited to help our rail transit customers address aging and obsolete Monitoring and Diagnostic Systems while introducing technology which transforms their operations! #iotconnectivity#iotplatform#futureishere https://t.co/b06OZLBdDH
@AaronThompsonCS 💯 agree... Failed to adapt to the emerging market, and market dictated the next outcome. Listen for the discovery of new value along the journey with your customer so you can respond to the market!
Great accomplishment to all for taking the leap obtaining higher education driving on customer experiences and outcomes. Exciting for the @WiTronix sales team as they took part growing their overall skills on value delivery and discovering new value through listening techniques.
A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our latest batch of lean, mean, #customer#outcome delivering machines! We've got 14 more unicorns to welcome to the #CSFam! 🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄

Diversity is important in all industries, but especially in rail. @LoraineMartins fosters inclusion at @networkrail to ensure that the company is diverse and that the railway is accessible for all passengers.

I’m still thinking about my recent trip to the @Ferromex offices in Mexico. Watching our relationship develop since we first met in 2013 has been an impactful experience and I cannot wait to see what the future will bring for our partnership.
Today was my last day at @WiTronix before the holidays. I am taking an extended break for the first time to focus on getting re-centered and reenergized for the exciting year ahead.
One of the highlights of 2019 was my trip to @ferromex. Seeing our relationship grow from when I first met them in 2013 to when they became our client in 2015 to now has been a surreal experience. I know that our partnership is just getting started.
Personal accountability is the cornerstone of my leadership strategy. If there is a miscommunication and one of my team members misses something, it is not the team member’s fault. It is my fault for communicating poorly. Blaming others is never productive.
When there’s a problem in your team’s process, the default reaction is to ignore it. It’s hard to accept that the way you’ve been doing things may not be effective, but it is incredibly important to recognize that there is always room to improve.
@gillianheltai taught me that a customer advocate is the strongest and most authentic marketing tool you can have. In 2020, I hope to start a customer advocacy program to harness the collective power of our devoted @WiTronix users.
