@Delta Trvling to Sacramento this morning and had chosen a bulkhead seat for the flight. When I boarded plane my seat was not a bulkhead. Seat number was the same on ticket and on seat map on the Delta app “13E” but the actual seat is not a bulkhead. Very frustrating indeed.
