Fine tuning the placement of our sensors for early blockage detection, here’s a typical example of bridging we can detect before a complete blockage. So far we have devices successfully installed on chaffcarts, decks, liners and two models of seed destructors!

45mm in the past week it's looking like a wet season, I'm running a model for Jun 12th, July and Aug application of N; on Canola. With June as the benchmark, there is a 80% likelihood of a 150kg and 290kg benefit in later (GS3-GS4) applications, but with how much crop damage?
@WeedSmartAU@grassrootsag@peterdnewman Pressure created at the rear of the header. When running a chopper you have a consistent high and low pressure system immediately at the rear; drawing the chaff out and down. Chaff that simply drops is then only subject to gravity and external wind currents

@shwittwer@darrenkilla True. I tried to convert the units to something a little more useful but gave up. I wonder if John Deere was paying the bill the analysis might read differently.. the NH up against a Claas would be my next vote

Reduce over-heating issues; Fitting longer deflector plates to the back of our seed destructor last year narrowed the amount of time wind can pick up the dust and blow it onto the back of the header. keeping it away from the chopper airflow which is recirculated to the engine bay
@dfox05 Well hopefully we have a solution, should be able to make an announcement next week with our product werve managing to dectect zero flow conditions in .5 of a second in canola.. should save some down time we hope!
