As I attended the CoI press conference today in Genf, someone asked me if I’m "happy" that they confirmed my findings. Absolutely NOT. I wish I had been wrong. I wish there had be no genocide still ongoing, 18 months after my report, with neither end nor accountability in sight.

تلخيص لانتفاضة الطلبة:
١- مجموعة طلابية في جامعة كولومبيا قررت إنها تخيم في الجامعة عشان تضغط على الجامعة to divest، (مجموعة إجراءات تخص عدم التعامل مع إسرائيل، منها الاستثمار المالي والتبادل الأكاديمي)،
٢- رئيسة الجامعة-نعمات شفيق- في قرار تاريخي استدعت الشرطة، بادعاء كاذب إنه في عنف. ما يقرب من ١٠٠ طالب.ة من هناك ومن جامعة برنارد تم القبض ��ليهم. طلبة كتير تم وقفهم عن الجامعة وطردهم من سكنهم (ادوهم ١٥ دقيقة يفضوا بيوتهم).
٣- طلبة أكتر، وجامعات أكتر (موضحين في الصورة) انضموا دعما لطلاب جامعة كولومبيا ودعماً لغزة.
٤- البيت الأبيض استنكر العنف الوهمي (عنف طلبة دعم غزة!) و "معاداة السامية".
٤- النهاردة جامعة كولومبيا قفلت مبانيها وخلت الدروس كلها online.
٥- كتير من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والإدارة خرجوا من الجامعة وانضموا/ دعموا الطلبة. ومحاضرين من الخارج قرروا يقاطعوا كولومبيا دعماً للطلاب.
٦- طلبة كولومبيا صوتوا لصالح divestment referendum (عن عدم التعامل مع إسرائيل. سبقهم قبلهم طلبة تانيين من ضمنهم طلبة كلية حقوق- ��امعة هارفارد).
التغيير قادم وهو في طريق لا عودة فيه.

During a discussion about ways to visit Arizona and disrupt Rep. Tlaib’s appearances, pro-Israel users went from debating whether it would be legal to scream a sexually explicit insult at Tlaib during the CAIR banquet to discussing Arizona’s gun laws. One speaker discusses the possibility of shooting Rep. Tlaib at the event, before another speaker objected and the space ended. This bone-chilling discussion among pro-Israel activists on Twitter about ways to harass, disrupt and even shoot Rep. Rashida Tlaib is just the latest proof that Islamophobia & anti-Palestinian racism have gotten absolutely out of control in our country.
