@matoxley@NeilHodgson100@gavinemmett The Battle between Acosta and Marquez, highlights to me the Battles we never got to see between Casey Stoner and Marc Marquez, as Casey retired as Marquez arrived, both stunningly fast from the off. Acosta appears to be the latest Alien.
@AHardyBreed Why have so many solo classes, if the same riders compete in the majority of them. Would make to condense them down, and have Racing start midway through week one, most riders have done enough laps by then, be it on 3 different bikes. Sidecars are one class, and provide spectacle
@denkmit Its, political, the records say there's been a race and a result, the metrics will look slightly better in the review of a wet weeks racing, and the public will forget by next week it was only a lap, but the sponsor still gets his exposure. .
@denkmit@DennisNoyes Maybe they want to be reminded of what close racing is about... π, it was good to see Gary Anderson at the NW200 helping family out.
@reijnds_cherki@denkmit@AleixEspargaro Its @denkmit job to attend.. and give this feed back. I went to the catalan GP once on a stag weekend, had a magic weekend, but never got to the circuit, and watched the racing in a beach front bar. It was chaos..
@Manxy In fairness to Road Racing, short circuit racing in BSB is called short circuit racing for a reason. Thruxton is really the only circuit where the Superbikes have not out grown the tracks for top end use.
@denkmit A reminder. when people die racing, they not only do not turn up at the next meeting, they do not turn up for work, for Tea, for weddings, for birthdays, for family events, Dying racing does not only apply to Racing, people are also dead ,when they are not scheduled to be racing
@matoxley Is superbike closer as the bikes are easier to ride, and have a wider window to operate in before they lose performance as in time. The more rigid frames of the Motogp bikes are less flexible and harder to ride as a narrower window, as feed back is less. Engine ology diferent too
@SpannersReady@jane_kihika If he's given the 2021 championship, will he give Massa, the 2008 championship as that was also a FIA error, when Piquet crashed ?
Fact: The reason airports use a 'push back tractor' is because if it they used a 'pull forward tractor,' it would tow aircraft into the terminal and destroy perfectly good planes. Idiots.
@SpannersReady@natesaundersF1 He will win later in the year, but the formula will still be broken. Accidental over takes, and accidents as they don't know the Battery is going to deploy, is not a driver skill sport as F1 should be.
@denkmit@Conkeeglee In Motogp you will see good best riders, in Road Racing you will see the Bravest Riders. The stakes are higher in road racing, so the bikes limit is less important that the riders limit.
@ScarbsTech Is it because the super clipping is automatic that the FIA has to lower the limit, why can't the drivers over ride the clipping and stop it at 8Mw, on the laps they want. I can't see the logic, except it's bad to see cars slowing by themselves on straights for no apparent reason.
@ScarbsTech can you explain the thinking for reducing the Mw power from 9 to 8 in Japan Surely if the teams dont need to regen the extra power they will just not generate it. Or is it only the super clipping so the Cars go faster down the straight for longer before generating ?
