Hashi hit testnet and immediately found real problems: wallet depletion, a deposit deadlock, a presignature bug at 40,000+ queued withdrawals.

That's testnet working as intended.

Validators: use only the latest release, several builds were superseded fast.

BLS enforcement went live this week. 85 validators missing keys got silently dropped from the leader schedule, zero effective consensus weight.

Also: a 1.4-second status-cache stall that had nothing to do with the network at all.

MIP-12 activated. Vote pace now 300ms, confirmed running as designed. Nodes that didn't upgrade in time fell out of consensus.

Also: @category_xyz proposes app-level transaction ordering, and the validator call brought a genuinely useful AI-assisted SSH tool into view.
