Blockchain for Good Alliance (BGA)

The BGA is a global initiative founded by @Bybit_Official dedicated to advancing blockchain to solve critical real-world issues.

[Blockchain for Good Alliance (BGA) @ChainforGood]

Two days. One Forum. History made.

The BGA is proud to have led the first ever global convention focused on #BlockchainForGood. The #BlockchainImpactForum in Copenhagen marked a turning point, where blockchain moved from promise to proof, from pilots to policy-ready solutions, from niche to necessity.

🌍 What We Achieved:
• Convened UN agencies, government officials, Web3 pioneers, and impact builders
• Showcased 35+ real-world blockchain solutions across financial inclusion, climate resilience, and digital identity
• Launched partnerships spanning continents
• Proved that when policy, capital, and technology converge, blockchain becomes infrastructure for inclusive development

📊 The Evidence:
• 50+ pilots deployed globally through SDG Blockchain Accelerator
• 300+ applications from UNDP country offices
• Real impact: Using blockchain for humanitarian aid delivery in Malawi, $6 million+ financed to thousands of farmers globally, 1M+ trees planted through Cardano, and much more.

💡 The Message:
This wasn't about speculation. It was about solutions.
This wasn't about hype. It was about humanity.
This wasn't about getting rich. It was about doing good.

🙏 Gratitude to All Our Sponsors & Partners:

The future of #BlockchainForGood isn’t just about better technology; it’s about building trust around it.

As traceability becomes essential infrastructure for compliance and global supply chains, blockchain solutions need to connect with real-world procurement, governance and financial systems.

At BGA, we help ventures bridge that gap, connecting innovation with the partnerships, market understanding and institutional confidence needed to create impact at scale.

Technology enables the solution. Trust enables adoption.

🚀 First group check-in for the BGA Autumn 2026 cohort!

@WholeChain, @HumanityLink & @Stormcatch came together to share progress, exchange ideas and explore opportunities to support one another.

From product & ecosystem growth to partnerships, fundraising, events and founder visibility, the conversation showed why bringing founders together matters.

Incubation isn’t only about mentorship. It’s also about building a community that learns, connects and grows together. 🌱

No blockchain. No crypto. Just impact, sustainability, and the public good. BGA talked on a major point: when you solve a real problem for a real person, they tell others. Trust doesn't travel through advertising. It travels through people.

This is what BGA was built to do: carry the conversation on technology-for-good into the rooms where public leaders and institutions gather with builders.

The technology was never the point. The people always were.

[Blockchain for Good Alliance (BGA) @ChainforGood]

We're proud to be the strategic partner for the UNDP SDG Blockchain Accelerator alongside the @UNDP_AltFinLab.

This cohort is built for UN teams with real programmes and real development challenges; exactly where blockchain earns its place: not as speculation, but as infrastructure that strengthens public systems and reaches the people who need it most.

If your work spans digital payments, identity, traceability, or data and privacy, we want to see it.

Applications close 30 September. 🔗 below.

💡 What does it take to build a company that actually lasts?

On Aug 13, our Autumn 2026 cohort joined BGA's Entrepreneur in Residence @georgewong for our first workshop: “How to Build a Company That Lasts.”

The session explored:

🔹 Leadership & DISC personalities
🔹 Artist vs. Manager vs. Entrepreneur
🔹 Company lifecycle & scaling
🔹 The “Founder’s Trap”
🔹 Building complementary teams
🔹 Hiring for culture & adaptability

Great products matter... but the team, leadership and structure behind them determines even more on how far companies really go, which are lessons that new ventures need to have, and even established ones should be reminded of 🚀

Collaboration is essential for stronger humanitarian response. 🤝

As part of the BGA Spring 2026 Incubation Programme, @geniustags brought together 11 representatives from 9 humanitarian organisations in Syria to validate ClimateAid, a blockchain-powered coordination platform designed to improve disaster response while protecting sensitive beneficiary data.

The session generated valuable product feedback, confirmed real operational needs, and led to follow-up meetings with every participating organization.

Congratulations to the GeniusTags team! 👏

Communities become stronger when technology meets local action. 🌏

As part of the BGA Spring 2026 Incubation Programme, https://t.co/f5WEz7j91y (@newprontera @JDaredevil2) hosted its Ecosystem Activation Event in Naga City, Philippines, bringing together 80+ youth leaders and local government representatives to explore how AI and #blockchain can improve disaster preparedness.

The event also marked the signing of an MOU with the SK Federation, representing all 27 barangays, helping build a youth-led disaster resilience network.

Congratulations to the https://t.co/f5WEz7j91y team! 👏
