As Chair NYGOP & SUNY Finance promoted NY jobs, community colleges, charter schools & good fiscal policy. Lead court win for fair NY districts & $17mm Zeldin IE
“Under NY’s court-drawn map, almost one in five seats are competitive — highest percentage in the country for a large state. Had the map passed by the Democratic-controlled legislature remained in place, no districts would have been competitive.” https://t.co/E95Jt9jlJx
Most New Yorkers don’t know this: we’re sitting on part of the Marcellus Shale, one of the largest natural gas formations in the country. We could use it. Instead, we banned it.
So where does our gas come from? We buy it from our neighbor. Pennsylvania. The exact same shale, they drill it on their side of the line and pipe it right back over to us.
Does that make sense? Of course not.
The Marcellus doesn’t stop at the border. Pennsylvania drilled its half and became America’s #2 gas producer.
The payoff: 123,000 jobs paying close to $100,000, more than $41 billion in economic activity, over $6 billion a year in tax revenue, plus $3 billion in impact fees to local communities since 2012.
New York drilled nothing. We produce zero and import nearly everything we burn. And families pay for it: electricity 70% above the national average.
Here’s the part they leave out: we can use this energy and protect our environment. The real risks, wastewater, methane, well integrity, are engineering problems 30-plus states manage every day. New York can set the toughest standards in the nation: zero-discharge wastewater, mandatory methane capture, hard setbacks from homes and watersheds, independent monitoring, full cleanup bonding.
We banned our half of the rock, then rented theirs.
It’s time to dig out the truth and bring common sense to Albany.
https://t.co/awFsQvfNzy In the progressive and socialist Democrats LUST FOR PERMANENT and ABSOLUTE POWER OVER STATE GOVERNMENT by drawing state senate and assembly lines to assure themselves PERMANENT SUPERMAJORITIES to negate the veto power of any governor, their legislated amendments to the anti-gerrymandering provisions of the state Constitution would delete the prohibition on partisan gerrymandering and permit the Legislature to gerrymander their districts at will by the vote of a simple majority of each house.
“New York voters chose nonpartisan redistricting back in 2014; ever since the reform should have kicked in after the 2020 Census, Democrats have worked nonstop to instead seize control to boost their own partisan power, leaving no dirty trick untried.” https://t.co/r6U83fvUVj
Because like Mayor Zo, she hates America, loves communist regimes, feasts off the politics of envy and hate and hides it all behind a big fake smile. https://t.co/NImibLGKt8
Beware: Even if the NYPD remains solid (at least for the time being), the rest of city government is headed off the rails as long as City Hall is focused exclusively on winning more power for Zo’s movement which is all about divisiveness, envy and hate. https://t.co/wGR8vZY26h
A schizophrenic homeless man killed four other homeless men sleeping on the streets of Chinatown. All of these men should have been inside, getting help — not outside on the streets.
The judge is right. New York is suffering from “three horrible symptoms”: “homelessness, mental illness and narcotics abuse.” The AG can address all three.

🚨 NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani just became the first in 61 years to skip the Israel Day Parade, every mayor since 1964 showed up, but this guy bailed.
When you elect people who HATE America, its culture, and its allies, they trample our traditions with zero respect.
Both men said “I can’t breathe”, but only one man’s death was covered relentlessly by the media.
The only conclusion that can be drawn is that the legacy mainstream media is incredibly, hatefully racist against Whites.
Peter came from nothing and built a successful business, creating jobs and growing New York’s economy.
As governor, I’m cutting taxes, cutting utility rates, and making it easier for people like him to hire even more people.
That’s how we create jobs in New York.
Mamdani said he will break with decades long precedence in NYC and not march in the annual Israel parade due to his “views about the Israeli government.”
What BS.
He won’t march, not because the Netanyahu government exists, but because Israel exists.
He opposes the existence of Israel. It’s that simple.

Like Mamdani she is driven by the destructive politics of hate, envy & jealousy showing her radical & hateful views online (trashing cops, establishment Democrats and calling the US “a f–ing disgrace”) but publicly, like Zo’s fake fixed smile, hides it. https://t.co/7lml89qHPJ
@CGasparino She is committed to abolishing prisons, legalizing prostitution and the private use of all drugs, wants to scrap ICE and end all military support to Israel, according to her DSA candidate questionnaire.
🚨 JUST IN: Stephen Miller lays it out PERFECTLY
Imagine a "native Minnesotan who works as a lineman...worried about his ability to support for and provide his family."
"And then imagine that he has a neighbor who's a SOMALI REFUGEE who arrived two years ago and has a Mercedes and NO financial stress and no worries at all in the entire world and never seems to ever go to work at all because he just went to an office in the state, lied on a piece of paper, and got unlimited free money forever for life!"
"THAT is the system that is being run and that is the corruption that this task force under the leadership of the Vice President is going to demolish."
@TRUMPNEWS_QQ
.@SecScottBessent: "A nation that cannot manufacture, mine, ship, or refine its needs gradually cedes its strength and sovereignty to others. That is a dangerous dependency for any country; it is an unacceptable one for the United States of America."
The Hill is out with my column on the announcement of the Mamdani Administration that it will be implementing sweeping housing reforms, including transferring property to tenants and tenant groups... https://t.co/N8dUI2lQjr
