4th Jambojet Instalment! Asked to see the supervisor, Dominic, but was too busy to talk to us ! Fobbed off with stories for the delay and that the staff were also inconvenienced! No Customer Service Training !!! Help!!! The only person who tried to help was at the Office!

3rdInstalment! Rang Jambojet offices and was told that they had got another plane and we would depart by 7.30pm! No dice...We went to the checkin counter to look for someone from Jambojet. Another shock, we were met by disdain and absolute rudeness and lies!!!!

Jambojet 2nd instalment! When the flight after ours left, I was informed by Jambojet attendent that they could not inconvenience other passengers. And then disappeared. More attendants disappeared when you asked for info!!! At one point, no Jambo jet attendant on airside!

Jumbojet flight from Nairobi to Mombasa 5.50 pm arrived Mombasa at 9.40pm.!! It seems this a normal occurrence for Jambojet!! Coming to Nairobi, my boarding pass read 1 hour after my Ticket! When I rang, to check, they said bad weather! No email or notifications!!

@TelkomKenya It's been over a week that in Nyali there in no coverage. I pay for a monthly home bundle and all I have got is that we are working on it, and customer service is more interested in having their call rated! Are you stopping services, so let us know so we can shift!
