Nationals leader Matt Canavan is just out there blaming female teachers for the manosphere while disregarding who actually made the manosphere (hint: M.E.N. Men made the manosphere).
Canavan says boys are 'sick and tired of the feminisation of school curriculums' and they are turning to the manosphere to find men they can look up to.
"Maybe we should look at getting more male teachers in. That used to be on the agenda. I don’t know what’s happened to that, but maybe we should have more male role models in schools,” Canavan told a media outlet this week.
"They're sick and tired of the feminisation of our curriculum and the lack of direction and leadership that they're given."
Canavan also forgets the education sector comprises mainly women because it has always been seen as (by men) a career for women.
The AFL - in all its wisdom - has given another domestic violence perp the green light to play football again! Colour me shocked!
You’ll remember Tarryn Thomas from such events as sending threats of violence to women, harassing his former partner and breaching a DVO.
Old mate pleaded guilty to the breach of DVO to avoid losing his footy career. And so the AFL has determined he is reformed and should be allowed back in the game.
He was given a 12-month good behaviour bond and had to remain offence free for JUST one year while engaging with medical practitioners (never knew being abusive was a medical condition). Congrats on the shitty headline CODE Sports!
PS! Love all the headlines this morning calling him 'troubled' and managing to avoid the words DOMESTIC VIOLENCE! Next thing you know we'll be getting the good bloke narrative.

FROM 1912 to 1969 Cootamundra Domestic Training Home for Aboriginal Girls cruelly treated children who were forcibly removed from their families.
The children were victims of an assimilation policy designed to rob them of their identity and culture. The girls were deeply traumatised by their experience and that trauma was passed down to their families.
A powerful new truth-telling exhibition, created by Meagan Gerrard and Alex McWhirter of not-for-profit Coota Girls Aboriginal Corporation (CGAC), will tour NSW as part of the healing process for survivors and their families.
Aunty Lorraine Peeters was four years old when she and her five sisters were taken from their family to be trained to work as domestic servants.
