@sharmaa__12@DealsDhamaka Cashmere name was taken back in the day from Kashmir as it was called that i. Europe. Also most of the cashmere fabric nowadays is produced in China and Mongolia. There is also a large difference between Kashmir wool and Cashmere as Cashmere is made from the inner hide of Goats
@fusion89211@Benarasiyaa I would suggest you should read the HC order against which he came to court. The HC has said that he needs to approach trial court as the trial is going there and that is what this order also says
Supreme Court Upholds E20 Petrol Policy, Dismisses Ethanol-Free Plea ⛽.
On September 1, 2025, the Supreme Court dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) challenging India’s Ethanol Blending Programme, which mandates 20% ethanol-blended petrol (E20).
The PIL, filed by advocate Akshay Malhotra, sought ethanol-free (E0) petrol options for pre-2023 vehicles, citing compatibility issues, a 6% fuel efficiency drop, and engine corrosion risks. 😟
A bench led by Chief Justice BR Gavai and Justice K Vinod Chandran rejected the plea, with Attorney General R Venkataramani defending the policy, arguing it benefits sugarcane farmers and saves foreign exchange.
He dismissed the petitioner as a “name-lender” for a “lobby” opposing India’s clean fuel transition. 🌱
The court upheld the government’s push for E20, aimed at reducing oil imports and emissions, despite concerns about inadequate consumer awareness and lack of fuel pump labeling.
The ruling aligns with India’s 2025 target for nationwide E20 adoption, with 87.9 crore liters of ethanol blended from November 2024 to July 2025. 🚗
