@RealWashedGamer@floistinyflower People saying anything other than this have no idea. Her baseline could have drastically dropped because of an extreme deficit. But it wouldn’t have dropped to 700 calories. Meaning no matter what she would be in a deficit and still losing weight. Calories in/out is king.
@EmperorBigD This is great. Now that you’ve lost weight, I’d say transitioning into resistance training with weights for strength and hypertrophy would recomp your body in great ways man.
It’s pretty clear Anthony Joshua wasn’t able to fight until round 5. lol. He looked like a completely different fighter. He didn’t even throw a punch in round 1.

@nellohead Coming from a seasoned vet, this is a bad take. lol. Maybe if your pc was built in the early 2000’s there may be a small case for you to power it down for short stretches. But anything new, no. Parts are built to run. Years before wear and tear can appear. Run it!
