@J72937991@DAaronovitch@Anna_Soubry Interesting isn’t it. They could just provide details of where the money came from and the checks they carried out before accepting it…
@Dean__Hurrell@BBCBreaking Mr Tice could simply explain where the money came from and what checks his company made before the money was passed on to Reform UK Limited. End of the story if it’s all above board.
@GBPolitcs If Mr Tice were to tell us all about the source of the money passed to his company and the amount passed to Reform UK Limited - would the facts provided prejudice any legal action?
@BenGrahamUK Well. Those responsible should account for any misdeeds. Whether those misdeeds warrant a stretch in prison is for a judge to decide. Should a judge be more lenient if whistle blowers expose law breaking? Has there been a crime? If so, should the law be used to hide that?
@doveyymargeauxx No. The bigger question is why is it taking so long to work out where the money came from. If Mr Tice has nothing to hide why can’t he tell us the details?
@BenGrahamUK The number of people in the UK who wish that he wouldn’t do politics is greater than the number of people who want him to do politics. If only he’d get the message.
@RobertJenrick You were only elected as a Conservative MP. Why not call a by-election and let the voters decide whether a party or a businesss should represent them?
@singharj@cazjwheeler Please don’t confuse the issues. As much as I disapprove of him, as an elected MP, Mr Farage is reasonably entitled to state protection. There is one simple question over the £5m. Why didn’t he declare it?
