The deep pink and purple on these leaves reminds me of the sacred heart of Jesus. The green parts are where that love has won us eternal life through the resurrection.

Just amazed at how these leaves that are normally a very dark purple-brown colour turn orange when back lit by the sun. A glorious transformation!
