My observations, being a discovery member for a long time now, vitality customer service is the worst in your organization. 46 mins on call. No resolve. Escalated again and waiting feedback from 3rd June.
I have discovery medical aid, discovery banking and discovery car insurance. Adding vitality to this has brought me no joy and has made me feel like leaving discovery as a whole. @Discovery_SA do better

@Discovery_SA I’m having the worst time dealing with the call center today. I’m on call no 5 and either call transfer doesn’t go through or the call ends and I have to start the call again… go through verification and all my selections just to start again
@02mbebe@nissanza You and me both. Bought the car last year November. Endless problems, the dealership service center don’t really help and I’m just given stories. I’m very disappointed in @nissanza
