 Bought a dyson cyclone v10 instore yesterday for £319. Opened it today and the cylinder which captures dirt is covered in scratches. This should be a brand new unmarked item. I'm not happy with the quality of my purchase.

@SamsungHelpUK I recently bought my new #Samsung TV which I absolutely love. Sadly the remote slide down the side of the sofa. Was gutted to see the solar panel had cracked 😢 This is a great environment friendly feature but fear it will cost too much to now replace. Pls HELP 🙁
