What press freedom?

Something is awfully fishy when ABS-CBN's streaming coverage of the House hearing is suddenly BLOCKED by invoking copyright grounds, especially the portion of streamed content (i.e. Marcoleta's presentation) that does not favor the narrative(s) of the former.

When they realized that the “mass testing” they were demanding was irrational, if not downright stupid, the opposition now say that they never meant to test everyone and cited the same groups that the govt has been testing all along. They are just a bunch of ill-informed whiners.

The govt set its priority right. Feeding people first as hungry stomachs could lead to public unrest. The limited healthcare capacity—from test kits/labs, HCWs, to expertise to produce medical needs—was addressed by early lockdown that minimized movements & mitigated contagion.

Here is PH govt’s “expanded targeted testing” which is more extensive compared to other countries that have shown success in their COVID-19 testing approach. No one is doing indiscriminate, mass testing.

@thehazelmade @TheRainBro kase they still have violations with TV Plus and KBO. in which dapat separate application of franchise at hindi sinasabay sa renewal. they ask payment for KBO na dapat FREE ang airing.

So sa madaling Salita, ang violations ng ABS-CBN ay:
- Gumamit ng isang Frequency for 13 Channels na dapat isa lang
- 1 franchise is equal 1 channel but ABS-CBN have only one Franchise and 13 Channels.
- Pinagkakitaan ang Test Frequency na dapat libre
- Pinagkakitaan ang TV box
