@CoE_Call_Centre Update please power has been out since yesterday evening!!!! Update

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@City_Ekurhuleni 19h00 has come and gone!!!! There are no words in the English dictionary that describes the kind of service you offer your residence. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@CoE_Call_Centre Eskom just announced no loading shedding scheduled for winter!! I take it Kempton Park is an exception because ITS A WEEKLY OCCURRENCE- pathetic!! It takes 24 hours to restore a suburb.

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@CoE_Call_Centre Once again Glen Marais has no power this seems to be a weekly issue!!!!!!!! This is absolutely tiresome for residents. No update received either!!!!! PLEASE ADVISE WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@City_Ekurhuleni Glen Marais out again!!!! What is happening. This is absolutely ridiculous.

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@CoE_Call_Centre Power was restored this morning at 8am and now we are out AGAIN !!!!! What is going on, do you even know!! Reading all the power outages in Ekhuruleni makes me wonder. Get your house in order. You expect payment from your residents but you fail to provide.

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@CoE_Call_Centre So what was being done from 2:30pm yesterday when we were initially told that the team was locating the cable fault???

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@CoE_Call_Centre Again!!!! Seriously no load shedding today BUT LOW AND BEHOLD KEMPTON SHITTY LIGHTS OIT!!!!!!! Sort it out TIRED OF LIES AND EXCUSES.

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@City_Ekurhuleni @CoE_Call_Centre @KemptonExpress UNACCEPTABLE BS that we as paying customers have to put up with. Additional resource I need to source for an oxygen machine will be deducted from my municipal account. WILLINGLY taking peoples money but UNWILLINGLY to provide service in an ideal country that’s called FRAUD.

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@City_Ekurhuleni @CoE_Call_Centre @KemptonExpress This revised schedule I received has done areas off for 10 hours a day WTF!!!!!!!

[Chantal Smallwood @Chan_Smalls]

@City_Ekurhuleni Why are you lying to the residents there was no vandalism and no theft!!!!!! Tell us the truth!!!
I need to run an oxygen machine in my home and for the cost of alternative energy I will be deducting from my municipal account.
UPDATE PLEASE!!!!!
