“Elon Musk has done a lot of good things other people couldn’t do.
We haven’t had a successful auto company in a long, long time .. what Tesla has done, in the car business, is a minor miracle”
| Charlie Munger
The Tesla Shareholder effort was a remarkable effort of a worldwide group of diverse investors United in support of Tesla, the Tesla BOD and Elon Musk. @Teslarati Article below. @TeslaBoomerMama we make a great team.
Why, @SullyCNBC, just why?
Gerber holds a mere 3,400 TSLA shares.
He is frustrated about his Board candidature.
The Shareholder Proposal we did last week got signed by 5,821 people holding 23,337,127 shares (average of 4,009, i.e. +20% pp).
And 6,863 times more than Gerber.
Everybody laughed when Ark Invest announced back in the day a $4,000 Tesla price target that is split-adjusted $265 for 2023. Already in late 2021 $tsla was above $400.
In 2023, Ark Invest announced a Tesla price target of $1,400 to $2,500 in 2027, and I think the people laughing today are in for a rude awakening.
🇬🇧UK January Car Sales from @SMMT are out:
EV: 20,925 sold - 14.7% market share (21%⬆️ YoY)
PHEV: 11,944 sold - 8.4% market share (31.1%⬆️ YoY)
Diesel: 9,348 sold - 6.5% market share (6.5%⬇️ YoY)
My two cents: we need more attractive & cheaper yet EVs to turn people away from petrol, PHEV & HEV.
‼️ Elon Musk shared an update on Neuralink's first patient's progress ...
“We hope to have results later this week from the first patient. So far, things are looking positive. And I’m hopeful by the end of this week that we’ll be able to report that the first Neuralink patient is able to control a phone and a computer,”
@elonmusk shared the update about @neuralink first patient in a quick interview with Fab TV, Musk revealed his optimism for Neuralink’s first patient in its human trials.
‼️ @Tesla 4680 Battery Cell Production is no longer a Bottleneck!
Tesla's Vice President of Supply Chain:
“First, I just want to allay any concerns regarding 4680 limiting the Cybertruck ramp, because I’ve seen some people commenting about that. To date, 4680 production is ahead of the ramp with actually weeks of finished cell inventory. And the goal is to keep it that way, not only for Cyber, but for our future vehicle programs.”
Tesla is showing impressive progress in ramping up production of 4680 battery cells. According to the company, 4680 production is no longer its bottleneck and it even has cells in stock in its warehouses.
During the Q4 2023 Earnings Call, Tesla quelled investor concerns that production of the 4680 battery cells was ramping up slowly. Tesla’s Vice President of Supply Chain, Karn Budhiraj, said the company even has enough cells in stock to supply vehicle production for several weeks ...

I believe the Delaware court decision, forcing #Tesla to void the March 2018 vote on Elon Musk’s performance-based pay package, is un-American, an assault on investor rights, and an insult to the Board of Directors of one of the most stunningly successful companies in US history.
TESLA SHAREHOLDER LETTER:
🔺Final numbers! 🔥🔥 over 5800 investors representing over 23,335,217 Million Shares. (Or 4.3 BILLION Dollars of shares at current market value).
🔺Letter is being mailed to Tesla Corporate Secretary. Final letter & Cover Letter and note re: confidentiality. 👇
🔺JUDGE’S HYPOTHETICAL QUESTION:
If, retail investors knew of the relationship of Elon Musk with the Tesla board of directors would we have voted for the 2018 Comp Plan?
🔺RETAIL’S ANSWER: Yes. As Tesla Investors did know the relationship between the board and Elon Musk in 2018–we voted for the Tesla Board of Directors. We chose them to act on our behalf. We did know and understand what we were voting on with the 2018 Comp Plan.
🔺WAS THE PAY OUTRAGEOUS?
No. It is now 2024, and with FULL KNOWLEDGE of the value of the 2018 comp plan, shareholders still want our shareholder vote to stand. Plus, Shareholders that first bought TSLA after the 2018 vote, still want Elon Musk to keep all stock options awarded in accordance with meeting the milestones of the 2018 plan. All shareholders find the precedent of rescinding a shareholder vote untenable.
🔺FUTURE PAY
Shareholders also want Elon Musk to be given a new ambitious Incentive Pay Plan designed on a similar blueprint that culminates in 25%+ voting shares or super voting shares. Any other CEO would be paid, and they wouldn’t be Elon Musk.
