@sophasof They just keep saying "oh sorry that was an error we'll refund it" but none of the refunds have come through (long story short they have error charged us 3 separate times totaling about $800)

Anyone have any experience fighting unauthorized debit card charges? We stayed at a hotel and they have erroneously charged us over $800 and don't seem to give a care. They keep promising refunds but we haven't seen it.

@sophasof Whats frustrating is our card info got stolen literally two weeks before the trip so we JUST went through the trouble of getting a new card 🙃
