Yeah, I agree about the filibuster... we've seen exactly what happens when Democrats get a supermajority with how VA is going now. They will do everything in their power (or outside of it if the VA Supreme Court didn't stop them) to consolidate more and more power.

The Senate is basically stuck if any legislation comes across that's slightly apart of Trump's agenda that is not ramrodding a bunch of nonsense in from the dem side since they need 60 votes to pass.

You realize only having a majority in the Senate is not enough to pass legislation? Everyone keeps spouting, "they have the senate, the house, and the presidency! Why are they doing nothing?!" A simple majority is not enough, especially when you have RINOs defecting. They could try and end the filibuster, that would be the only way.
