I purchased the $500 supporter pack and chose physical items as well. I waited a few weeks then decided to reach out to your support team.
It's been 3 weeks with no response.
@Allstate I think it's really interesting that during a time of global pandemic, you decide to make a rental car for a claim with your insurance be paid for by the client upfront and THEN get reimbursed. Did you test this idea after the workshop?
@SquareEnix I think it's amazing how a person can be a loyal customer and supporter of the company for 15+ years and the company doesn't care enough about you that they just ban your account after a minor offense. Permanently. The customer service I spoke to was horrendous to me.
