There are people worse than you at what you do.
And they don't care as much about their clients.
It's your duty to find your clients and save them.
Serve them.
My wife was feeling overwhelmed yesterday.
She had the newborn baby in her lap,
And he was just looking at her.
Giving her his big baby energy.
All he has is his presence.
Such a precious moment,
To see the healing energy of a baby.
Winning is kind of easy,
But getting there is hard.
Winning in the spotlight is only < .1% of what people see.
It probably even looks effortless,
But people don’t see the thousands of hours of grind.
They don’t see the blood, sweat, and tears poured into the skill.
But, you know…
Winning is built in the darkness.
Knowledge isn’t power.
It’s potential power.
And looking for it is like sifting for gold.
You go through gallons and gallons of water.
You go through pounds and pounds of dirt.
Just to find one nugget.
Then, the real power,
Is putting that golden nugget to work through action.
Don't bore people with your features and benefits.
That's overwhelming.
Talk about the problem, and why they need to solve it.
It hurts, but let them feel the pain.
Then let them choose to solve it with or without you,
But motivate them to change as a service.
